Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, policy, organizational design, facilitation, and evidence. We are especially experienced in human services, including gender-based violence, seniors, equity-informed planning, and complex service environments.
Connor Claire Group is a woman-owned consulting practice based in Prince Edward County, Ontario, working with clients across Canada.
What drives our work
We believe public and community services should be there when people need them.
Most people don't think about systems or organizations. They just need support at a specific moment. Services should be easy to find, easy to use, and accessible to everyone, including people who are navigating language barriers, complex systems, or difficult circumstances.
We focus on helping organizations close the gap between what they intend to deliver and what people actually experience.
That work starts internally.
Organizations are more effective when their teams reflect the communities they serve and when their cultures support inclusion, respect, and accountability.
We support organizations to align their structures, practices, and ways of working with these goals, so that equity and accessibility are built into how services are delivered, not added on later.

Susan Underhill
Principal
Susan brings more than 25 years of experience supporting publicly funded and non-profit organizations through strategic planning, organizational change, policy work, and systems improvement. Her work focuses on human services, including gender-based violence, seniors, and complex service environments. She is known for facilitating complex conversations, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and translating input into clear, actionable direction.
Amanda Parriag
Associate
Amanda brings deep expertise in equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (EDIA), evaluation, and applied research. She leads work that helps organizations assess impact, strengthen programs, and embed equity into planning and decision-making. She has worked extensively with organizations addressing gender-based violence and is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Donna Williams
Associate
Donna is an Anishinaabe-kwe from Lac Seul First Nation and brings expertise in First Nations health, governance, and community development. Her work focuses on supporting First Nations-led approaches that integrate traditional knowledge, policy, and service delivery. She brings experience in health programming, engagement, and partnership development across government and community contexts.
Paul Chaulk
Associate
Paul is a senior evaluator and researcher with extensive experience in performance measurement, survey design, and quantitative analysis. He supports complex evaluations, environmental scans, and data-driven planning processes, with a focus on producing clear, practical insights for decision-making.
Erin Bull
Associate
Erin specializes in qualitative research and analysis, with a focus on engagement and synthesis across diverse groups. Her work supports projects involving First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities, racialized populations, newcomers, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. She brings a strong intersectional lens to understanding lived experience and service access.
