What we do

Policy Research & Analysis

Good decisions start with good evidence, and this is work we genuinely love. We partner with governments and organizations to make sense of complex issues, synthesize what's known, and develop recommendations that are clear, credible, and ready to act on. We combine rigorous research methods with a deep understanding of how policy works in practice, so our findings don't just sit on a shelf.

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning works best when it's genuinely collaborative. We bring structure and rigour to the process, but we know the best plans come from engaging the people who will live with them. We ground our work in evidence, apply an EDIA lens throughout, and make sure the direction we land on is one your board, leadership, and staff can confidently move forward with.

Organizational Design & HR

Sometimes the strategy is clear but the organization isn't quite set up to deliver it. We work alongside you to understand how things are working, where the friction is, and what changes would make the biggest difference. We meet people where they are, because we know that organizational change only sticks when people feel understood and supported through it.

Program Evaluation

We think evaluation should be useful, not just required. We design approaches that fit your context, engage the communities your program serves, and give you findings you can actually use. We're honest about what the evidence shows, and we help you think through what it means and what to do next, in a way that builds your own capacity to keep learning.

Facilitation & Engagement

The quality of a strategy or decision often comes down to the quality of the process that produced it. We design and lead engagement processes that are thoughtful, inclusive, and well-suited to your context. We create the conditions for honest, productive conversation, and we make sure the people closest to the work and the communities you serve have a real voice in shaping what comes out of it.
